Faculty artist Garnett Bruce will direct Giacomo Puccini’s Turandot at the San Francisco Opera. The production runs from Sept. 9 to Oct. 4 and then from Nov. 18 to 25. It will also be simulcast at AT&T Park, home of the San Francisco Giants, on Sept. 25 at 2:00 pm. Last year’s free live simulcast drew an unprecedented crowd of 32,000 people, many experiencing opera for the first time.
