With Blood, With Ink, written by composer Daniel Crozier (MM ’89, DMA ’93, Composition) and librettist Peter M. Krask (MM ’91, Music Criticism), and is now scheduled for its professional world premiere by the Fort Worth Opera Festival in 2014. It was developed at Peabody under the direction of Roger Brunyate from 1991-1993 and premiered in a full production in 1993. This is the first time an opera developed at Peabody has gone on to receive a professional production.
