Baritone Jeffrey Grayson Gates, a Graduate Performance Diploma candidate, and soprano Heather Bingham are winners of the 2012-13 Vocal Arts DC Young Artists Competition and will perform in a winners concert will be presented on Sunday, April 21, at 4:00 pm, with pianist R. Timothy McReynolds. The recital is presented by the Washington Conservatory of Music, in cooperation with Vocal Arts, D.C., and will be performed at the Washington Conservatory at Glen Echo Park, 7300 MacArthur Blvd., Glen Echo Park.
