Einav Yarden (GPD ’03, MM ’05, Piano) released a CD on Challenge Classics in 2013. It presents a juxtaposition between off-the-beaten-path piano works by Beethoven and Stravinsky. The CD received much international acclaim and was selected as ‘CD of the Month’ on the important Germany magazine, ‘Piano News’. It received other reviews from noted publications such as ‘International Piano Magazine’ (UK), ‘International Record Review’ (UK), ‘Fono Forum’ (Germany), Luister, Opiz, NRC Magazines (Netherlands), Haaretz Newspaper (Israel) and others.
Yarden will play a recital at the prestigious series of the Phillips Collection in Washington DC on December 7 at 4pm in a program of Bach, Ravel and Schubert.
