This Halloween, October 31, the Occasional Symphony, a Baltimore-based orchestra of Peabody students and alumni, will accompany the original silent vampire film, F. W. Murnau’s Nosferatu: A Symphony of Horror. The live film accompaniment includes music by Mahler, Sibelius, Bartók, and more, and features a brand new work written for the show by composer James Young (DMA ’14, Composition).
