Terrance Patterson Named First Winner of Ann McDonald Baker Art Ventures Award

rcp-tlpTerrance Patterson (PC ’89, Clarinet) is the recipient of the first Ann McDonald Baker Art Ventures Award, detailed in an article in Created for the Community Foundation’s 25th anniversary, the $10,000 award celebrates “an extraordinary local artist whose work brings distinction to Northeast Florida.” Mr. Patterson is the founder and artistic director of the Ritz Chamber Players, a chamber orchestra composed of African-American musicians that performs in Jacksonville and Atlanta in addition to educational outreach.
