Mika Sasaki (BM ’12, MM ’13, Piano) is currently a doctoral candidate at Juilliard and will be starting a two-year fellowship with Ensemble ACJW, the Academy–a program of Carnegie Hall, The Juilliard School, and Weill Institute in partnership with the New York City Department of Education–in the fall. She will also be joining the faculty of the Juilliard Evening Division to teach piano and keyboard skills. She also taught Keyboard Skills as adjunct faculty in the Juilliard College Division this past year. This summer, she is teaching and performing as an artist in residence at pianoSonoma appearing in solo and chamber music concerts at the Green Music Center at Sonoma State University, Calif., between July 24 and August 5.
