Duo Impromp2, an innovative new piano duo featuring Dasha Bukhartseva (BM ’13, Piano) and Jennifer Nicole Campbell (BM ’14, MM ’15, Piano), recently performed their premiere tour at locations in Hilton Head, S.C., and Philadelphia. Their tour culminated in a unique dance and music collaboration with the Academy of International Ballet at Neumann University on February 12 where they performed Liszt’s Hungarian Rhapsody No. 2, Schubert’s Fantasie in F minor, and Smetana’s Die Moldau. Ms. Campbell and Ms. Bukhartseva began the duo team inspired to perform and present the pure joy of four hand piano works. Next season, Duo Impromp2 will be performing concerts in the Mid-Atlantic region, giving premieres of new works by Ms. Campbell, and presenting classical selections with a twist.
