William Simms featured in the Capitol Hill Chamber Music Festival

William Simms (MM ’91, Guitar) will be featured in the Capitol Hill Chamber Music Festival‘s “The Art of Modulation” on Sunday, August 6, at 7:00 pm at the Baltimore Basilica. Simms will play the theorbo in the concert with music by François Philidor, Heinichen, and Pergolesi.
