Rachel Zephir (PC ’02, Trumpet; MM ’02, Music Education) directs Eleanor Rossevelt Sr. High School Chamber Winds in Greenbelt, Md. and current master’s student Matthew DeBeal, music education, directs the Mount View Middle School String Orchestra in Marriotsville, Md. These two groups will travel to and play at the MidWest Band and Orchestra Clinic in December 2019. The clinic takes place yearly in Chicago and allows guests access to clinic, exhibits, and performances.
