Sophomore Victoria Frances Young, piano, recently participated in the Piano Concerto Festival in Budapest, Hungary July 6-14. There, she tied for first place, the orchestra special prize, and was the only one invited back to perform a concert with the Danube Symphony Orchestra in Budapest next season. At the festival, she was able to study with Stanislav Loudenitch and perform in the Danube Place.
