Niloufar Nourbakhsh, co-artistic director of the Peabody Laptop Orchestra, was featured in VAN magazine about her work as founding member/co-artistic director of the Iranian Female Composers Association and the ongoing hijab protests. Works by composers from the IFCA were performed by the International Contemporary Ensemble, including Nourbakhsh’s new, ICE-commissioned work honoring philanthropist Cece Wasserman.
