Two Preparatory students won the Maryland State Music Teachers Association Gertrude S. Brown Piano Concerto Competition on January 8.
As a result, Elliot Shin performed the first movement of Beethoven Piano Concerto No. 2 in B-flat, Op.19 and Andy Yoon performed the second movement of the same concerto at Washington Adventist University, with New England Youth Ensemble of WAU Directed by Dr. Preston Hawes on Sunday, February 5.
