Alan Mao places first in Junior Chopin International Piano Competition
On March 15, 12-year-old Alan Mao, a piano student in the studio of Hyun-Sook Park at the Peabody Preparatory, received a first prize distinction in Junior category of Chopin International Piano Competition in Hartford, Conn.
