“The Mind and the Musician: Strategies for Optimum Performance,” a performing arts conference collaboration between MedChi, the Maryland Medical Society, and the Peabody Institute of the Johns Hopkins University, will take place on Saturday, April 2 from 8:45 am to 3:00 pm at Medchi, the State Medical Society in Baltimore. The conference features presentations by Peabody staff and faculty including Special Assistant to the Dean for Innovation, Interdisciplinary Partnerships & Community Initiatives Sarah Hoover, Scott Brown, Serap Bastepe-Gray, guitar, Julian Gray, guitar, and Joe Burgstaller, trumpet and chamber music.
