The Peabody Consort Revives Words and Music of Three Faiths on June 18

The Peabody Consort, an early music group founded by faculty artist Mark Cudek (MM ’82, Lute), will revive their Words and Music of Three Faiths program with guest artist Daphna Mor, recorder, on Sunday, June 18, at Second Presbyterian Church in Baltimore. This collaboration with Peabody, Second Presbyterian Church, and local religious faith leaders of the Christian, Jewish, and Muslim communities will include readers Rabbi Geoff Basik of Kol Halev on N. Charles St.; Chaplain of Morgan State University Imam Derek Amin; and Rev. Dr. Thomas Blair of Second Presbyterian.
