Elaine Lachica (BM ‘97, Voice) was a soloist for Montreal Baroque’s recording of Bach Cantatas BWV 4, 9, 106 and 181 led by Eric Milnes, released on ATMA Classique in May 2017. The program was presented at the Tage Alter Musik Regensburg, Germany, and at the Montreal Baroque Festival and broadcast throughout Europe via the European Broadcasting Union and in Canada on CBC Radio 2. All featured soloists are winners of the Bruce Haynes International Competition for the rhetorical singing of the music of Johann Sebastian Bach.
