Leela Breithaupt (BM ’93, MM ’96, Flute) has been appointed interim executive director of Indy Baroque Music, Inc., an Indianapolis performing arts organization specializing in Baroque music on period instruments. She has signed the Indianapolis Baroque Orchestra with Naxos Records for a series of CD albums on French Baroque orchestral music with Artistic Director Barthold Kuijken. In addition, Breithaupt’s debut album with her trio, Les Ordinaires, will be released on the Naxos label in January, 2018.
