Peter Dayton (MM ‘16, Composition) will release a new CD of chamber music for strings and piano. Notes to Loved Ones, Music for Strings and Piano will be released on March 9. There will be a release party on Tuesday, February 20, at 7:30 pm, at Grant Anderson’s Studio 5N in the Cork Factory in Baltimore, Md. The album features a variety of styles, moods, and forms, including sonatas and short pieces for strings and piano and two string quartets.
