Peabody alumni Maggie Finnegan (MM ’10, Voice) and Christine Lyons (MM ’16, Voice) placed in The American Prize in Voice (women in opera), 2017-18—The Friedrich & Virginia Schorr Memorial Award. Finnegan tied for second place, and Lyons tied for third. Both were in the professional division.
