Jason Love (BM ’92, Cello; MM ’94, Conducting) celebrates his 20th anniversary conducting the Columbia Orchestra with a number of events in January and February. In preparation for an upcoming performance, an open rehearsal will be available on Monday, January 14, from 7:30-10:00 pm. The rehearsal will be at The Gathering Place in Clarksville, Md. There will be wine and cheese with the musicians during the break. To officially celebrate Love’s 20th anniversary, the February 9 concert at 7:30 pm will feature Mussorgsky’s Pictures at an Exhibition, which was the first piece he conducted with the orchestra.
