Members of the Peabody Renaissance Ensemble will be performing in the Conciertos de la Villa de Santo Domingo Festival February 14-17. On Thursday, February 14, they will perform outreach concerts at Regina Angelorum Church and Samolé Ureña School. On Friday, February 15 at 8:30 pm, they will perform at the Museum of the Royal Houses. Finally, on Sunday, February 17 at 6:30 pm, they will have a concert at Capilla de los Remedios, the oldest church in the New World. Undergraduates Olivia Castor, harp; Colton Hodge, bass viola da gamba; Katherine Holobinko, soprano; and Sarah Shodja, recorders, with graduate students Cameron Welke, lute; Mara Yaffee, soprano; and Stephanie Zimmerman, renaissance violin, will all be travelling to the Dominican Republic to perform these special concerts.
