Master’s guitar student Bowen Zheng (BM ‘23, Guitar) and undergraduate guitar student Gwenyth Aggeler were both selected as Ex-Aequo Emerging Artists. The six selected artists will record a group album and video with Drew Henderson, play concerts for the Austin Classical Guitar Society, premiere “Six by Six” by Sergio Assad, and receive personal career mentorship during the program which takes place August 17 through 20.
