Hilo Tiago Carriel Da Silva (MM ’19, Conducting) and Hae Lee (MM ’23, Conducting) are among the 20 finalists of the 58th edition of the Besançon International Competition for Young Conductors—open to candidates under the age of 35 who competed in a spring preliminary round—who will compete in the final rounds that take place during the 76th Besançon International Music Festival that runs September 17 to 23, 2023 in eastern France.
