Beginning September 8, the animated short Reckoning by Patrick O’Rourke that features a score by faculty composer Du Yun filled the billboards of Times Square sometime around midnight as part of MacArthur prize-winning Pakistani-American multimedia artist Shahzia Sikander’s Midnight Moment installation of the same name. Every night throughout September, at some point between 11:55 pm and 12:05 am all Times Square billboards showed the three-minute short.
