John Heizer (BM ’71, Church Music) concluded 50 years as Organist and Choir Director at Zion Lutheran Church in downtown Baltimore by playing the organ for his final two worship services at 9:30 am (in German) and 11:00 am (in English) on Sunday, August 25. Heizer was appointed Organist and Choir Director of Zion Church, in July 1974.
