Sonnabula, the early music ensemble co-founded by Amy Domingues (MM ’12, Viola da Gamba), is the inaugural ensemble-in-residence at The Frick Collection in New York City. Its new album was released on September 19, Passing Fancy: Beauty in a Moment of Chaos (Avie), which features “music by early modern and contemporary composers whose resilience despite pressure to hide their identity, or ‘pass,’ inspires us.”
