On September 17, Bloomberg Distinguished Professor Kris Chesky was invited to give a keynote address at the Musicians’ Health Conference 2025 in Odense, Denmark: “Stronger together! Bridging the gap between research, treatment, and music education”.His presentation, “Between Research, Treatment, and Music Education”, underscored the urgent need for a comprehensive, interdisciplinary approach to addressing the occupational health needs of musicians. He introduced the Total Musician Health (TMH) model as a unifying framework for reimagining how musicians are trained, supported, and sustained throughout their careers.
