Musicology Department Chair Richard Giarusso will give a pre-concert lecture, “Approaching Late Beethoven,” at The Candlelight Concert Society’s concert on Saturday, March 12, featuring Quatuor Ébène performing an all-Beethoven program. The concert will take place at Horowitz Centre’s Smith Theatre in Columbia, Maryland. The pre-concert lecture at Howard Country Library’s East Columbia Branch begins at 7:00 pm, with the concert at 8:00 pm. Tickets and more information are available here.
