Andrea Casarrubios Upcoming Performances with Ensemble ACJW, Metropolis Ensemble, Jeremy Denk

Ceqc9HUXEAAnHcYAndrea Casarrubios (BM ’11, Cello) performed works by Boulez, Seeger, Takemitsu, Pintscher, and Schoenberg in Ensemble ACJW in “Turning Point” at National Sawdust in New York on Monday, May 2. On Monday, May 16th at 7:00 pm, Ms. Casarrubios will perform in Metropolis Ensemble’s “Brownstone,” featuring works by Romaneiro, Ciupinski, and Cerrone as well as performances by soprano Ariadne Greif and percussionist Ian Rosenbaum (BM ’08, Percussion) at the American Irish Historical Society in New York. On Thursday, May 19th at 7:00 pm, Ms. Casarrubios will perform in “Great Masterpieces” at Nichols Concert Hall in Chicago, Illinois. The program includes works by Dvořák, Liszt, and Tsintsasdze. On Thursday, May 26 at 7:30 pm in Carnegie Hall’s Zankel Hall, members of Ensemble ACJW will perform works by Bartok and Dvořák with pianist Jeremy Denk in “The Twelfth Annual Notable Occasion.”
