Peabody doctoral candidate and Baltimore Symphony Orchestra fellow Michael Repper will be the new music director of the Northern Neck Orchestra in Northern Neck, Va., beginning in Fall 2016. Mr. Repper guest conducted this orchestra at a concert in November 2015. Kilmarnock, Vir., where the orchestra is located, is one of the smallest communities in the United States to support a full symphony orchestra.
