The Poulenc Trio – Bryan Young (BM ’96, Bassoon); Preparatory faculty artist Irina Kaplan Lande, piano; and Liang Wang, oboe – released a new CD under the Delos label which climbed to #4 on iTunes Apple Music’s classical playlist. The CD features the works of Beethoven, Schnittke, and Octavio Vazquez, with poetry by Lia Purpura. They will perform several concerts this month in British Columbia, Canada.
