Helen Wong, student of Keng-Yuen Tseng, won first prize at the William Marbury Prize Competition for Violin. The top prize includes $1,000 and a concert-length prize recital. Second prize was shared by Ryo Usami, student of Violaine Melançon, and Fangming Shen, student of Herbert Greenberg. They collectively won a shared second prize of $500. The recital will be held on Friday, March 17 at 7:30 pm in Goodwin Hall.
