Michael Maliakel (BM ’13 Voice) and Sorab Wadia, (BM ’93 Piano, MM ’95 Piano) are both in the world-premiere of Mira Nair’s Monsoon Wedding – a musical based on her 2001 hit film of the same name. Mr. Maliakel has a lead role as Hemant and Mr. Wadia has a supporting role as CL Chawla. The performances are held at Berkeley Repertory Theatre through July 16.
