Peabody students Elizabeth Sarian, mezzo-soprano, and vocal accompanying master’s candidate Nathan Cicero, piano, will be performing a concert at University of Maryland-Baltimore County on Thursday, February 8, at 7:30 pm. This is a part of UMBC’s Interplay project, which pairs Peabody graduate students with UMBC music major undergraduates. The project also involves masterclasses, chamber music coaching, audition preparation seminars and mock audition panels in addition to the interactive recitals. Sarian and Cicero will present music by Grieg, Messiaen, Musto, Mahler, Cicero, and Gershwin. This free recital will take place at the Earl and Darielle Linehan Concert Hall in Baltimore, Md.
