Helen-Jean Talbott (MM’ 09, Recorder Performance), a composition student of Judah Adashi (MM ’02, DMA ’11, Composition) and previously a recorder student of Gwyn Roberts, was featured in a Washington Post article about the Maryland Renaissance Festival. Ms. Talbott directs Consort Anon. Cynthia Sutton (MM ’17, Musicology) joined the ensemble last year; she and Ms. Talbott met in Professor Roberts’ Recorder Consort at Peabody.
