Atticus Hebson, composition, and Mofan Lai, tenor, have been awarded the Provost’s Undergraduate Research Award (PURA) for their work as undergraduate research projects. Hebson’s project, which included former Peabody student Cameron Falby, “Bringing the Music of Laurence Crane to Baltimore” and Lai’s “Is Performing Different From Playing?” have been awarded a $3,000 fellowship and will present their work in the spring.
