Daniel Wnukowski (BM ’03, Piano) has had a busy spring. On May 3, he performed a sold-out recital at Weill Hall in Carnegie Hall and received a positive review by New York Classical Review. For the concert, he revived a piece that had not been heard in New York City since 1929. Earlier, as a part of an on-going recording process, he released volume one of the complete solo piano music of Karol Rathaus in March. The release was met with positive reviews on Music Web International, Basia con Fuoco, and Art Music Lounge. In November, he performed a concert on The New Classical FM, his second appearance on the platform. Wnukowski has also been reviewed in Fanfare Magazine and The Sunday Times for recent projects and performances. His other long-term projects include an outreach program in Canada called Piano Six and a blog called Bagatellen.
