Outcalls, a band comprised of Britt Olsen-Ecker (BM ’09, Voice) and Melissa Wimbish (GPD ’11, Voice; GPD ’14, Chamber Ensemble) have their brand new single Mother featured on Canadian astrologist Chani Nicholas’ “Cosmic Playlist” series for Gemini. The band have also been chosen as finalists for the 2020 Baker Artist Awards, which include significant monetary prizes, an exhibition at the Baltimore Museum of Art, as well as a feature on Maryland Public Television’s Artworks program.
