Assistant Professor Carl DuPont, Jarrod Lee, Brittani McNeill (GPD ’15, Voice), and Melissa Wimbish (GPD ’11, Voice; GPD ’14, Chamber Ensemble) will perform a medley of spirituals, art songs, and traditional readings in a concert commemorating Juneteenth, the day when the Emancipation Proclamation was read liberating enslaved people throughout the United States. The IN Series virtual concert will take place on Friday, June 19, at 5:00 pm, on Facebook and YouTube.
