PROTESTRA, a music ensemble founded by Michelle Rofrano (MM ’16, Conducting), created a virtual performance of Florence Price’s Symphony No. 4 in solidarity with the Black Lives Matter movement. The ensemble aims to highlight social justice issues through classical music performances. Alumni Joy Guidry (BM ’18, Bassoon) and Jordan Thomas (BM ’13, MM ’15, Harp) performed for the recording.
