The Peabody Preparatory and Levine Music’s composition residency with guitarist/composer and Yale School of Music professor Benjamin Verdery came to a close on Sunday, April 23. Guitar students from both the Preparatory and Levine ensembles had an opportunity throughout the year to learn composition techniques from Verdery through zoom sessions. On April 23, the students met Professor Verdery in person for feedback on their final guitar compositions.
