Current students Michaela Marin (BM Voice), Alex Navarrete (BM Jazz Piano), and Trinity Gray (MM Voice) produced and performed a benefit concert promoting awareness of the struggles and hardships immigrant women and children face when building a life in America. The program called “I Know Why the Caged Bird Sings” featured various works by Henry Mollicone, Florence Price, Frederic Chopin, and more.
