Daniel Jacobs (MM ’15, GPD ’17, Viola) was named a 2023-24 Firebird Fellow at the Academy of Impact through Music. Firebird Fellowship is a 15-month long intensive program for outstanding teaching artists from music for social change programs. Jacobs is currently a conductor and teacher artist representing Los Angeles Philharmonic’s Youth Orchestra Los Angeles program.
