Daniel Schlosberg (BM ’00, MM ’01, Piano) made his debut in June as a soloist with the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Ludovic Morlot, giving four subscription performances of Olivier Messiaen’s Trois Petities Liturgies. John van Rhein in the Chicago Tribune wrote, “Daniel Schlosberg played the daunting piano part splendidly.” He also recently released an album, Child’s Play, featuring works by Schumann, Pärt, Lachenmann, and Debussy.
