Occasional Symphony Combines Music and Dance with MASQUERADE

e0942a_179f9e5e78ea848265ac275712332abfThe Occasional Symphony, founded by and comprised of Peabody students and alumni, will combine the arts of music and dance at the MASQUERADE on Friday, December 11 at 8:00 pm. Inside Hampden’s Church and Company, conductors Joshua Hong (MM ’15, Conducting) and GPD student Joon Choi invite the audience to dance to waltzes composed by Strauss, Tchaikovsky, Berlioz, Ravel, Saint-Saëns, Berg, Webern, and more, including a premiere written by Scott Lee (MM ‘ 13, Composition). Audience members will enjoy complimentary dance lessons, pastries, and drinks. Tickets are available here.
