Sue Neff (MM ’89, Oboe), co-principal oboe/English horn with the Piedmont Symphony Orchestra, performed two concerts at the 2016 Shenandoah Valley Music Festival in Orkney Springs, Va. Additionally, Ms. Neff is the double reed clinician, returning for the third year, in Breckenridge, Colo., for the “Music at the Summit” Adult Band Institute.
