Sue Neff Performed at Shenandoah Valley Music Festival

Sue Neff (MM ’89, Oboe), co-principal oboe/English horn with the Piedmont Symphony Orchestra, performed two concerts at the 2016 Shenandoah Valley Music Festival in Orkney Springs, Va.
