WWFM The Classical Network will broadcast and audio-stream three Peabody recordings on Monday evening, April 10, beginning at 8:00 pm. The program will include the Peabody Symphony Orchestra performing Brahms’ Symphony No. 2 with Marin Alsop conducting, recorded Friday, October 28, 2016; Haydn’s Sinfonia concertante, Op. 8, with Leon Fleisher conducting featuring students Teresa Ching Lin, oboe; Shannon Fitzhenry, violin; Jiaoyang Xu, cello; and faculty artist Phillip Kolker, bass, performed September 24, 2016; and Sibelius’ Symphony No. 1 in E minor, Op. 39 with Leon Fleisher conducting, performed September 24, 2016.
