Peabody Preparatory alumnus Philip Glass turned 80 on January 31, 2017. The occasion will be marked at the Centre Street Performance Space with screenings of two Glass trilogies: in spring 2017, his film collaborations with Godfrey Reggio, including Koyaanisqatsi (screened on January 30), Powaqqatsi, and Naqoyatsi, and continues in the fall with screenings of Mr. Glass’ operas Einstein on the Beach, Satyagraha, and Akhnaten.

All screenings will take place from 6:00-8:00 pm in the Centre Street Performance Space and are free and open to all members of the Peabody community.
